as a someone in blue team field you need to understand what is the osi model how each layer enteract with each other , what is the mean of domain controller , what the mean of routing and switching

You can learn it from N+ and ccna 
for me N+ it's my favourite 
it's brovides a broad understanding of network
technologies, protocols, infrastructure components, network security principles
and basic network administration

Second Step study AD

learn about windows AD environment what is windows file system , what is the Group Policies , how to manage Domain Controller and how it joins computers, servers and users

you can learn it from MSCA 
and there is a room in THM talk about AD in windows and windows Fundamentals

Learn About Linux

linux System it isn't that hard you think about it , maybe it will be the most funny course at your learning journey

it isn't neccary to learn about it but you can need to deal with some tool
that run at linux so why you should wait all this time to learn about it
